Grandview Lodge on Grindstone is a warm, beautifully decorated, 4 BR, 3 bath chalet that welcomes all who are looking for that family getaway on one of Hayward's finest lakes without leaving all the comforts of home. You will enter the main level to a stunning open floor great room. It has a full kitchen with island, adjacent dining room and living area centered around the gas fireplace--all with lake views courtesy of the floor to ceiling windows. From there, you can access the large attached deck through 2 patio doors or relax on the large 3 season screen porch. On this same level, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. One bedroom has double bunks for 4; the other is a queen. Travel upstairs to the monster master suite with full bath, sitting area, private balcony and lake views! The lower level has another great room for entertaining with game table, foosball table, and sofa/sleeper. This room is a walkout to a lower level deck through 2 patio doors. There is another queen bedroom and full bath on this level as well as a full size washer/dryer.

All the rooms have ceiling fans, in fact, the lower level room and the 3 season porch have double ceiling fans. Don't worry, the home also has central A/C for those hot days in the summer. Each room is decorated Northwoods style, the furnishings and bedding are all high end. Outside, you have a nicely landscaped yard with rock accents for games and an elevated fire pit that overlooks the water. There are 3 TVs with satellite reception and related entertainment components, one each in the 2 family rooms and one in the master suite. This is a year round home so join us for all the seasons.

A jet ski lift and boat lift with dock is provided on your property. Grindstone Lake is a clear water 3,000 acre full recreational lake known for its great fishing and water sports. It is close to Hayward and convenient to many great restaurants and other large lakes. This cabin is managed by a local company, Northwoods Compass, that provides local service to 30 cabins in the Hayward area so you will receive local and prompt service. This cabin comes with a customized Welcome Book with cabin operating information and local restaurant ideas. We welcome you to Grandview Lodge on Grindstone!

All rates are based on 6 guests with a maximum of 12 guests. Add $150 per person in summer for guests above 6. Add $100 per person in all other seasons for guests above 6. Call for rates for periods less than a week.
